At the end of this month, and on a bi-monthly basis, IT will be presenting its ongoing, informative, hard-hitting, gotta-read newsletter called “The Wave; CCRI’s IT Newsletter”.
This online publication is meant to inform and update our CCRI constituents relative to what IT has been doing for the past two months. Each story will contain details about Administrative Systems (MIS), Academic Support (Classroom and Instruction Support), User Support (the Help Desk, the Lab and Desktop Support), Web Services and finally Infrastructure (Networks Services, Server Management and Operations).
